Alison G. is all about that action. She was extremely dutiful and resourceful in her assistance with me. She has a smashing personality and a very welcoming smile. She responds with grace and integrity and a thoroughness that leaves no stone unturned or no bell un-rung. She is a shining example of exceptional customer service and intellectual efficiency. I hope that she can continue to serve us for foreseeable future. I'd also like to recognize Ms. Soliman and Mr. Willey. She is an exceptional listener and a very graceful individual to converse with. Calls with her were most helpful and educational. He was cool as a cucumber and, although, he was unable to accommodate me directly, I could quickly discern that working with him would be smoother than the side of a new stick of butter. And finally, tech support with Nick and Erika. They respond in very good time with the best information at their disposal. I appreciate their diligence to assist us users and their commitment to excellence. Y'all are doing some cool stuff here. Keep on keeping on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is not perfect and I made some suggestions that would alleviate some burden on the user. Those were discussed with Nick in a phone call, so I'm going to lean on him having taken good notes as to spare a treatise here. Other than some functional improvements to the program, y'all sweet.
