"Easy to Adopt, Powerful Reports, and Helpful Built-In AI"

What do you like best about MaintainX?

I love the ease of adoption. The whole system is easy to use and set up. This makes it very easy to onboard new users as it works in a very logical way. I also really like the reports that are built in and how they can be configured. The built in AI features are super helpful as well. I've got all our machinery manuals uploaded and this makes it easy for my team to extract the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

I wish there was an easy way to set up assets coming online and offline so that tracking availability over time was more accurate. Right now I have to have a second program set up through API access that brings assets online and offline in MaintainX according to our asset use schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?

MaintainX is giving us the ability to track failures across our facility and to manage parts and maintenance plans clearly. We were trying to do this with spreadsheets and paper forms before.
