There are several practical drawbacks that impact our daily workflows. The file preview tool cannot properly render large CAD files and lengthy technical PDFs, so team members must download every file just to review content, adding redundant steps to routine work. The native calendar and reminder functions are overly simplistic. We rely heavily on coordinated production timelines and follow-ups with suppliers, but these tools lack cross-team sync and advanced scheduling capabilities, so we have to maintain separate scheduling software alongside MailZak. It also cannot connect natively with our core operations system Aeroplicity. All relevant email content and documentation has to be moved over manually, creating extra administrative work. On top of that, the tagging system does not support nested categories, which makes it cumbersome to organize correspondence tied to multiple overlapping projects and suppliers.
