What do you like best about MailUp?

I have been using Mailup for about four years to create and manage marketing campaigns.

One of my needs is combining different pieces of communication to users via SMS and emails

.

I work professionally in digital marketing, specifically managing donor retention and acquisition campaigns for specific causes in the non-profit sector.

Before using Mailup, I used different softwares to combine my users and groups' lists, going from SMS marketing tools to email marketing tools.

Passing data and lists from software to software often caused human errors, as I had to export and import user lists from one software to another.

And as human error is not uncommon, it happened that I sent messages to the wrong people, groups or lists.

Mailup can solve all these issues, which is helpful.

Of course, Mailup allows you to create distribution lists and recipient groups.

Other than that, I suggest using premade templates, which you can easily edit according to your brand guidelines. The premade templates are responsive and adapt quite perfectly to all email client, web-based or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailUp?

Sending newsletters is a bit slow, slower than other more tools. The slow sending speed is a point that, in my opinion, should be improved. I often have to send newsletters to around 10,000 users, and it takes at least an hour.

During this sending time, I can't send other emails to other users, so I have to wait.

As Mailup's annual fee is relatively high, as a user, I think I would need a better service and faster sending time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
