What do you like best about Mailtrap?

What I like best about Mailtrap is how reliable and easy it is to manage transactional email delivery. The domain verification, SMTP setup, and IP allowlisting process are clear, and the support team has been very responsive whenever we needed help. What do you dislike about Mailtrap?

The only thing I would improve is making IP allowlisting a little easier to manage when applications run on cloud infrastructure with changing outbound IPs. In our case, we had to contact support a few times to add new IPs. The support team handled it quickly, but having a smoother self-service option or clearer guidance for dynamic cloud environments would make the experience even better. What problems is Mailtrap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailtrap is helping us manage and deliver transactional emails reliably across our applications. We use it for important flows like verification codes, login emails, password recovery, and system notifications.

The biggest benefit is that it gives us better control over domain verification, SMTP configuration, deliverability, and IP allowlisting.
