What do you like best about Mailsoftly?

The customer service is amazing. They would frequently respond in a few hours. I could ask the CEO, Alkan, technical questions and he would work to fix our problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsoftly?

Because they are still developing different features, there were some UI problems and occasionally bugs, but I worked with the software for about a month and could already see improvements, some of them without me even having to ask for fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailsoftly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a government agency sending out confidential notices. We talked to a number of email service providers, but they either did not: a) provide the security guarantees we need or b) offer a rate we could afford. Mailsoftly did both. While we worked with them, they built a new secure platform just for our use case, including features like individualized, password-protected links for accessing documents.
