What do you like best about Mailshake?

So far the support team has been great in answering questions via email and on the live webinars. The campaign reviews are helpful too with structuring cold emails and easy to setup. The platform makes it easy to send out and schedule emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

Would be interested in seeing more 'bulk reply' and a calendar in the future to look at the dates in which campaigns are going out. There is a feature to set dates and exclude weekends but nice to look at a calendar and check it against. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mailshake:

It's very reasonable pricing for the features and support- very few platforms offer live webinars as often as they do and the team is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailshake solving and how is that benefiting you?

Want to send out high volume cold emails for lead gen that's quick and easy to get started. And it's easy to get started, there's some nuances around navigating and finding things that are a bit tricky but I think after exploring the platform a bit I'm starting to see how it's designed. It's great for tracking and replying to emails directly from the platform rather than going into your email provider and I love that you can designate responses as 'won, ignore or lost.'
