I have been looking for an email marketing platform that caters to small businesses and when I say I ahve been looking I have been. I came across Mailmunch and the first thing thing I noticed was in chat I had a real person, no bot, answering my questions in live time. A huge benefit knowing if I purchase their software my questions would be answered right away. Based on the pricing compared to the other platforms that claim they are suited for small businesses which actually are not MailMunch meets my price point and I am not sacrificing the features as they have as many and even offer AI assistance with not limits on their paid plans.
