What do you like best about Mailjet?

Good email marketing solution works with Online based and SMTP Relay that easy to sending transactional emails to clients. For quick, reliable deliver-ability, Mailjet has REST API and Send API integrity.

Very good and advanced contact list management. Easy to add/ remove the contact users. Very good subscribe and unsubscribe features.

Built-in templates for start within hours. Easy to send and track the mailings.

Supports responsive email template designs. Described documentations. User/ account verification system.

The services are for companies that's why non company URL's / Email accounts cannot use the services. That's saves trust for sending email newsletters.

Ability to add custom domains for sending and custom email address for email marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

Sometimes emails are received into Spam/ Junk folder after checking the spam rate/ score.

For free accounts, daily email sending limits are 200 only. That's equal 6000 email sending limits for a month.

Support tickets responding time is high. Have to wait for longer time to get reply from support desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mailjet:

For startup users who have monthly sending limits less then 6000, and daily email sending limits are 200 is Okay, you could try the Mailjet. But before you start, you should have to be own custom domain name and company information's. Mailjet staffs will verify your account to go next. Their services are good to use and have wide documentations to understand how to use. We been used their services since 2013 for several clients projects. They free and sending speed is high.

"🚨 Bad experience – credits lost and no refund"

What do you like best about Mailjet?

The sending of technical campaigns works well as long as everything stays "within their limits." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

I bought a pack of 500,000 emails (over 500 €). After 320,000 sends, my account was blocked overnight, without prior warning, and I had about 180,000 unused credits left. Customer service keeps repeating that it is "non-compliant" and refuses any refund or commercial gesture. Even an official list (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with contacts who had requested to be on it) was not accepted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailjet?

Cost effective, high availability and support. The APIs are quite extensive. This makes the implementation and automation much easier. As a frequent user, the UI is intuitive making the usage easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailjet?

First of all, it is much less expensive than other providers, and yet has the same features. I like the way I can create an email easily and modify one of the templates they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

It took me a while to figure out the navigation. It was not easy to learn where everything is and how to use the features. Some of the features are hard to determine, but once I learned them, it was okay. The customer support is good. They blocked some emails unfairly, (once even my own email!) What do you like best about Mailjet?

The best thing that I like about Mailjet is that it is extremely easy to use. Any non-technical user can get started in minutes. Additionally, customer support of Mailjet is very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

The one thing I dislike about Mailjet is that I am not able to merge my multiple contact lists into one. Sometimes I need to move contacts from one list to another and the best solution would be to merge two lists. However, I am not able to do so in Mailjet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailjet?

Mail Jet is good email software with a pretty solid free tier. They offer so many cool features like an email editor, pages, and automation. most of the time, we use an email editor to design our newsletter email and track its progress. We frequently use its SMTP and API services to do automated emails from internal software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

They can work on their email sending limit for free (it's 6000 emails ). most of the providers offer more emails than Mailjet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use email to serve newsletters and design emails using their email editor. it helps to track, automate, and analyze our campaigns which is a good feature. we use its SMTP and API for automated emails from our internal software. Its SMTP helps to send transactional emails. the delivery rate is pretty good and it performs very well. we recently started using its landing page features and it's good for making simple landing pages.
