I actually like this and I want to give my users that choice, but when I’m sending an OTP code, it shouldn’t be possible to unsubscribe, and I can’t find any way to turn it off. **What problems is Mailjet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s a reliable service that we depend on, since authentication on our platform requires a dependable email service provider. After 320,000 sends, my account was blocked overnight, without prior warning, and I had about 180,000 unused credits left. Customer service keeps repeating that it is "non-compliant" and refuses any refund or commercial gesture. I like the way I can create an email easily and modify one of the templates they provide. **What do you dislike about Mailjet?** It took me a while to figure out the navigation. It was not easy to learn where everything is and how to use the features. Some of the features are hard to determine, but once I learned them, it was okay. The customer support is good. Of course there's always a possibility to adjust the pricing module but other than that, everything's great. **What problems is Mailjet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of reaching the clients directly and automatically.
