Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds. Once or twice, I lost unsaved changes because the editor crashed. That is frustrating when I have spent fifteen minutes crafting a detailed release note email. I have learned to save constantly, but I should not have to. Second thing is the limited design flexibility for advanced users. I am a developer, so sometimes I want to inject custom HTML or CSS to do something the drag and drop builder does not support. MailerLite allows custom HTML, but it is clunky. The custom HTML blocks do not always play nicely with the rest of the email. They break responsiveness on mobile, or they look fine in the editor but render weirdly in Gmail. I end up stripping out my fancy ideas and sticking to the basic blocks. This was not spam, not a scam, not aggressive marketing — just a respectful informational message. From recipients: no spam complaints, no abusive response, normal engagement . From MailerLite: no warnings, no alerts, no indication of any problem . Later, when preparing to send the next batch (~500 emails), our account was terminated for an alleged Terms of Service violation. No prior warning. No opportunity to correct anything. The most important thing to understand: once this happens, YOU LOSE ALL the MONEY you paid. It does not matter if you paid for a year. It does not matter if you used only a small part of the service. Tech companies releasing pre-alpha software and charging you for it. Support is difficult to find as they dont want to be bothered. Finally got email address and a bot answers them. Cannot get a human to fix the problem. Bot tells you not to send the campaign you want and to do a work around. send a regular campaign and remeber to copy it late and resend. What a joke. Anytime I’ve had a question or issue, their staff have stayed with me until it was fully resolved. The 24/7 chat pop-up and AI help make it easy to get answers fast, and the video tutorials are excellent for learning new features. MailerLite is user-friendly and quick to set up, so I can use it frequently without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it’s a reliable platform for managing email marketing with confidence. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** Sometimes it's a downer to watch all the tutorials wa wa, especially if you’re new to email marketing like me. But seriously, I love having the videos for reference. Also, I’ve also found that certain integrations or advanced automations can take me awhile (but can use the chatbox for ai or support staff, so always love the results.) Overall the platform is very intuitive once you get familiar with it. I can't say enough how much I love Mailerlite now. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailerLite makes it easy to create and deliver professional emails and landing pages without needing advanced technical skills. It solves the problem of managing email campaigns, verifying lists, and testing templates all in one place. This saves me time, improves my deliverability, and helps me connect with my audience more consistently. ### 46. The customer support is very prompt, and the chatbot (Litebot) it very smart and so usefull. His answers are very helpfull. And the platform is growing so fast. There are so many integrations. Their AI for landing pages and other thing are so great. I use so much, I tried many platform (expensive) in the past, but this MailerLite is genious! And there no error or interrupts in building emails. And their sendind campaing, are so smart for RSS campaign and smart sending. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** If you have multiple brands, it cand be hard because you don't have multiple unsubscribe page for example. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time, creatons, unlimited landing pages etc ### 47. That's why Mailerlite sparkles like the gem she is. When issues arise, as they always do in any business, this fantastic platform treats customers with the respect due, not only as those who pay for service but as human beings trying to eke out a living like everyone else. Mailerlite, unlike others, harkens back to the days of a solid day's labor for a fair wage with no nonsense. But there's more. Customer service agents go well beyond what is strictly required to engage customers with wit, kindness, and a mind to help said customers learn what works for them. Not just for Mailerlite. WOW! This reminds me of what customer service used to be when I began my tech career eons ago. Translated: High tech doesn't have to equal the elimination of all human understanding. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** Nothing at present. The absence of displeasure is a direct correlation to being treated as a human being and not merely a wallet. (I've experienced that corporate mistake often enough to know it doesn't pay in the long term.) **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailerlite has been helping me find a workaround for a seriously unacceptable experience with Shopify. The latter's business model is seriously flawed and filled with endless gaslighting that, frankly, nobody needs. Just fix the problem or address the realities of there being no fix or a tech needing to research an issue. Honesty is what I was seeking from Mailerlitte and that's precisely what I received in addition to a wholehearted interest in helping me succeed. ### 48. It's easy to use and design. Step by step support is available. We use it each week and it is super reliable. We've been able to upload our graphics and use our own links with ease. I would defintely recommend this to our small businesses or nonprofits for use with their email list. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** It can be difficult to move things around in the email. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I didn't have MailerLite I wouldn't be able to preschedule and design the emails that I need to send out to our subscribers/clients. ### 49. Its of pretty high quality. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** Absolutely terrible service. They immediately banned my email after I started a full-compliant automation although my content is 100% within their requirements (it was literally just an automation sending a few followup emails for users who PURCHASED my software product). And well, surprise too: I hadn't even sent out a single email yet! Their support NEVER replied to me except for one automated email. Their support just doesn't even exist. What an absolutely horrible service. NEVER go here!!! You even risk losing all your money spend on a subscription if their algorithm for no reason flags your account. I will use Brevo instead. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does not solve any issue because they literally banned my account before I could even use it. I liked their interface, but for no reason I got kicked out. ### 50.
