**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

Researched and tried several email services, and this is the best by far. It's so easy to use, and to learn. The learning resources are up to date and easy to follow. The interface is clean, unclutteredm and intuitive. And any challenging integration on onboarding issues, the customer service team is consistently great with.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

Only that I have to use Zapier to inetgrate it with my other platform.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating emails, storing data safely, keeping me up to date on what I'm resposible for on my end.

early days for us unsing mailerLite, so have reached out for support to clarify some elements before going ahead. prompt and efficient responses from support team are really appreciated.

Tool is intuitive to use and pretty adaptable.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

One or two field namings could be better - example Name and Last Name would be better as First Name and Last Name surely - name typically is used as whole name, ie First & Last combined. Small but slightly annoying terminology.

Giving us a proper tool for communicating with members and other groups,better engagement.

It is so eady to use. As I'm not a tech person that is beyond important for me.

No  at all for free version. In paid version, hard to find a person for help with problem not addressed in knowledge base articles.

Bulk emailing in campaigns and automated email responses in marketing funnels.

It is fairly easy to use for someone who is a technophobe but the customer service is how I judge a company and there's is fabulous.

It takes time to set up all the automation etc but it's worth taking that time to get it right.

I publish my newsletter through Mailerlite and it's one of the easiest to use, in my experience.

The drag & drop feature is fabulous. The free version is perfect for a small nonprofit like ours because our mailing list is still small and our budget is so small, that we need every penny we can save for our programs. The resources you provide (how-to's, etc) are great as well.

Obviously, if we want some other features, we'd have to upgrade to a paid subscription, which we can't afford at this time. It would be awesome if nonprofits could upgrade for free.

MailerLite is easy to create and duplicate campaigns, and the feature I love most is the customizable auto resend to unopens.

When creating a campaign and getting it set up just the way you want it can be a bit clunky at first, but after getting the hang of it, it's very user friendly.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MailerLite is allowing me to resend campaigns automatically to people who did not open them the first time. I can choose when it goes out so it allows us to get information into our client's hands without having to manually recreate and send it all.

Their technical support responds promptly, very kindly, and they have a very curious and effective way of guiding the help: To approve your account, they will tell you, for example, "imagine we are your target audience, how would you speak to them? What do you do with your project?"

I've just set up MailerLite for my second blog as I've been so happy with it to my first, after switching from Mailchimp. It's got amazing functionality and is easy to use.

I had trouble with a workflow just now and asked for help in the chat. The person responded almost straight away and helped me sort out where I'd gone wrong.

I highly recommend it

Not much - sometimes it's not 100% intuitive, but I normally get there!

Really easy to use and the templates are lovely. I like how it's free for the first 1,000 subscribers. Great customer service.

MailerLite is one of the industry's best known email service providers, and for lots of good reasons. I've been with them for years, and what strikes me is that every time I have a problem, they are available and willing to help. Even when I've created the problem, they can find a solution.

There's nothing that comes to mind. I've been very happy with them.

It's Customer Support and the usage of automation.

The Hubspot Mailerlite Integration and that it's not possible to connect WhatsApp or SMS yet.

Billing: helping to change wrong naming and supporting in plans and so on, verification, but also furthermore all the technical support and hands on mentality is great.

The only thing i can think of is, when I log in, their 2FA code is quite long, not 4-6 digits, but something like 10-12. Not sure why that is. Small, but funny.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

MailerLite is built to be helpful. From their short, informative tutorials to a clean and simple design, this product makes communications a pleasure, from migration to creation and reporting. This is a fresh, new product; it doesn't suffer from the technical or legacy 'debt' typical of comparable products.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

It's a small thing, but I was a little confused about whether the 'Name' field should ideally be just for first names, or the subscriber's full name.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let's face it, email is built on 'dark ages' tech, but it's still really essential to any operation. It's just not possible to create eye-catching email campaigns in legacy email clients, and anyone communicating with large numbers of people needs to have an eye on the statistics behind the campaign. MailerLite makes both those things especially easy. We are a not-for-profit charity, and we make every dollar and every minute count. MailerLite helps us deliver more for our community, for less.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

I am just setting up my business and wanted to start small, easy, and inexpensive - MailerLites exceeds all of these. 

I was surprised to find out that they offered a website service and was thrilled not only that they did but the quality of it. It is just perfect for what I need and kept me from wasting so much valuable time trying to navigate the system. Something you don't get with you could say free or cheaper services is customer service - this isn't the case with MailerLite. 

I had a question about linking my email and the opt-in process and Matheus not only was quick in his response but screened shot everything right from my account.

I would highly recommend using them - and advice that's taken me a hot second to learn is to keep things simple and focus on the value you bring others - MailerLite had helped me do this while also maintaining a professional apperance.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

So far, nothing - as I build out my the resources that I am hoping to add to my website - I will most likely have to build out a separate website but this is only because I will need something that is very customized.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

Their promise sounded good after initial call with salesperson. But that was all!

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

We moved over to ML mainly because of their storage plan for the Advansed package. We spent a month moving over a website as well as lots of landing pages. We imported contact lists from previous platform we used: all cleaned up in regards to bounces and unsubscribes. When we went ahead with a small campaign to newsletter subscribers (previously low bounce rate), we found suddenly that our whole account was suspended!! We were not contacted to clarify or discuss. Our supposed 24/7 support was removed, all landings and website were down. It was pretty much impossible to get in contact with anyone from ML, after a few days we got a mail stating that due to Anti Spam policies our one and only mailing campaign was triggered as spam due to high bounce rate. But all our landing pages/websites were still down, and this resulted in issues with our users not being able to navigate around our sites. We have now cancelled our account, moved back to previous platform. Not had any mail from ML saying they are sorry the way this was handed, no refund due to their policies. Anyway; keep the money! Be warned; demo account looks good, pricing as well, but service and support is non exciting!

Starting and maintaining an email newsletter with MailerLite is very easy. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. There are enough options for templates to personalize a newsletter. Customer service is excellent and feels like communicating with a real person.

Sometimes finding info takes time because there is more than one place on the website to learn about using the features.

It lets me create and send newsletters quickly and easily, at a reasonable cost.

What I highlight most about MailerLite is that it allows you to create automated email sequences for free. It is the only tool I know that offers such complete automation with a free plan.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

They recently changed their interface, and it would be nice to have the option to configure the interface in Spanish, something that was already available in the old interface. I have read that they will soon do the translation, I hope it will be soon.

MailerLite provides all the necessary tools to successfully execute an email marketing strategy, from lead generation, creating automated email sequences, segmentation, form creation, and other very useful tools for this type of strategy.

Very responsive customer service team, that helps out with troubleshooting issues. Shout out to Joseph who helped me understand discrepancies in reporting.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

The main thing is the deliveriablity, they are extremly good when making sure your email newsletter land in the inbox of users. Also, I really like the UI of the platform, it's really easy to locate the things you're looking for.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

None to be honest, I have been using the platform for some time and I can't find anything wrong.

All othe platforms I have used are crazy overpriced and most of these platforms have a low deliveribality rate.

Its simplicity and navigation. It is very intuitive and quite complete compared to other solutions available in the market for sending email marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

Integrations and automations could in some cases be more robust and update more quickly. I have had problems with the linking of my ecommerce that was not updating purchases.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending email marketing campaigns. I used to use GetResponse but the service was very bad. The customer service of Mailer Lite is spectacular.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

MailerLite provides many features in their free version that I really appreciate. Designing the emails and landing pages are rather intuitive and pretty easy to customize. I've used other email services that are really frustrating, especially for designing landing pages.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

I use the automation and I wish that the automation was easier to use, possibly with more predesigned emails for funnels already set up to plug and play. I also would appreciate if it could be integrated with more software/websites.

Many features in the free version, perfect for small businesses as you grow your list, with forms, landing pages, and automation.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

The customer service via chat has been awesome. It has helped me with a lot and alleviated some stress as I learn to set this up. They have been very responsive and provided some great tips. They are very patient with walking me through the instructions and understanding what my challenges are.

There are also tons of resources online that is helpful.  I also really like the editing features and find the overall user interface fairly easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

The automation feature is bit of a pain and knowing how to navigate the design edit tools could be a bit challenging at times... yakes some getting used to. I also find that there are more tutorials on the Mailerlite Classic vs the new one which isn't very helpful for me as we only just recently signed up. I also found that some of the integrations are not set up yet between the new Mailerlite and Squarespace.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow for organizing our client database more strategically and allowing us to have a Preference Centre. The Preference Centre is key because it helps prevent us from losing subscribers.

MailerLite is easy to use and 24/7 support is an excellent feature. If subscriber limit overcome, automatic upgrade can be undone before 1 hour.

Lack of native HubSpot integration. Sometimes metrics have no sense for example 4500% open rate.

Email campaings are correctly send and so helps sharing offers and promotions for interested contacts.

It is extremely easy to use, easy to integrate and easy to create professional campaigns. The analytics are great and it makes it easy to auto schedule.

I accidently selected all of my subscribers and unsubscribed them. It was too easy to make that mistake. A warning before letting that happen would have been useful BUT, I cntacted them stright away and they were able to restore everything within 30 minutes of me reaching out.

Marketing and subscriber building.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

MailerLite is one of the few email marketing tools that lets you send UNLIMITED emails to subscribers to your list. For our business there is a particular brand we own where we have a fairly small list but they are highly engage and during busy seasons it is not unusual for us to send 5-7 emails messages per week to our subscribers. So this pricing structure was a great find and more than halved our monthly email spend.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

The downside was that we did simplify some of our automated email flows due to their not being as many options available for customisign these workflows.

**What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to reduce costs in our business as email marketing costs can quickly add up if you go over your monthly limit and start paying per email blast that is being sent out.

**What do you like best about MailerLite?**

I love the ease of creating newsletters, keeping track of everyone who has subscribed, and all the great customer service I received from Sofia when I had an issue I didn't know how to solve. She was able to figure it out, send me to a helpful page and video that walked me through step-by-step, and when I had another issue, she solved that right away and I was able to get going again. All her help and direction was very appreciated as I would never have figured out the problem on my own.

**What do you dislike about MailerLite?**

While I did receive fantastic service from Sofia-and she was wonderful-- I had to pay for the premium plan to get the help I needed. I searched everywhere on the internet and MailerLite for a solution to my problem and couldn't find anything that addressed the issue. It turned out to be very simple, but I would never have figured it out alone.  I understand prioritizing your paying customers. I get it. But if there can't be a human help solution for free customers, perhaps there could be more built-in alerts in the system that could tell us there are issues with our setup, etc. That would be very helpful and would have solved my issue. Thanks!

How to get my email newsletters to subscribers and to have a place to keep track of them. I am able to build a newsletter with custom templates and fantastic options that are very flexible.
