MailerLite is easy to use, but some advanced marketing and reporting capabilities are less comprehensive than those offered by larger enterprise platforms. As automation workflows become more complex, a few additional customization options would be helpful. While the platform offers excellent value overall, certain premium features are only available on higher-tier plans. I would also like to see deeper native integrations with more third-party business tools and continued improvements to the AI writing assistant, particularly for generating more personalized content with less manual editing.
