What do you like best about MailerLite?

MailerLite strikes an excellent balance between simplicity and functionality. The platform makes it easy to create professional email campaigns with its intuitive drag-and-drop editor, while powerful automation and audience segmentation features help deliver more personalized customer experiences. Campaign creation, subscriber management, and performance tracking are all centralized in a clean, user-friendly interface, reducing the time spent on routine marketing tasks. Reliable integrations, quick onboarding, and competitive pricing provide strong value, and the AI-assisted writing tools help generate email content faster while still allowing full creative control over the final message. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

MailerLite is easy to use, but some advanced marketing and reporting capabilities are less comprehensive than those offered by larger enterprise platforms. As automation workflows become more complex, a few additional customization options would be helpful. While the platform offers excellent value overall, certain premium features are only available on higher-tier plans. I would also like to see deeper native integrations with more third-party business tools and continued improvements to the AI writing assistant, particularly for generating more personalized content with less manual editing. What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?
