I love Mailercloud's visual automation builder and contact segmentation features. I can build conditional HR email sequences without coding, which really streamlines our hiring process. The auto-send feature for follow-ups to candidates and the flagging of highly engaged applicants are great for keeping our recruitment efforts organized. The built-in open and click logs are extremely helpful for tracking outreach performance and cutting down on manual check-ins. It's made our HR team's job a lot easier, especially during busy hiring cycles, and we manage all this without needing IT support. Mailercloud’s native HRIS integrations are limited, and its reporting tools lack granular filtering for hiring workflows. I can't easily pull filtered reports segmented by job role or application stage, which is frustrating when running candidate outreach campaigns. Additionally, building complex multi-branch automation sequences is cumbersome and time-consuming, especially since we have no dedicated IT staff.
