What do you like best about MailDeck?

We send a lot of cold email, and for a long time we didn’t have access to solid email verification. Our campaigns were stuck at a 5–7% bounce rate, which put strain on our in-house infrastructure and kept reply rates low. MailDeck provided pre-warmed inboxes at a price far below what it would have cost us to build and warm our own infrastructure from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailDeck?

I'd like to see more integrations with sequencers. Our original sending tool didn't support auto-import, so getting inboxes into it took manual work. We later moved to PlusVibe, where the MailDeck team can import inboxes automatically right after an order, but that was more luck than planning on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

MailDeck gives us the sending infrastructure we need without having to build it ourselves. Previously, high bounce rates were hurting our in-house setup and dragging down our reply rates. Now we have pre-warmed microsoft365 inboxes that are ready to use from day one, and it’s much more cost-effective than building and warming our own infrastructure from scratch.
