What do you like best about MailDeck?

The costs. We were paying one of the big-name inbox providers about 2.5x what MailDeck charges for mailboxes that perform exactly the same. We switched, kept the same budget, and went from 150-200k emails a month to 250-350k with no drop in inbox placement. Pre-warmed inboxes mean a new batch is sending at full speed the day it arrives instead of 14-18 days later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailDeck?

Hard to find much. If I'm picky I'd like an API or bulk export for mailbox credentials so we could plug new inboxes into our sequencer without any manual step at all. Right now their team handles the uploads for us, so it's not a real problem, just something I'd like to see eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infrastructure cost, infrastructure babysitting. Their support team (thanks so much Yen) manages uploading and rotating inboxes into our sequencer tool, so nobody on our side spends time on provisioning anymore.
