"Excellent Deliverability with Simple, Fast Google Inbox Setup"

What do you like best about MailDeck?

Deliverability, honestly. We built our outbound on LinkedIn and only added email this quarter, and I can't afford to be the small company that lands in spam. With MailDeck's Google inboxes basically every email reaches the inbox and our reply rate has been around 1% from day one. The dashboard is simple, I can see every mailbox and its status at a glance, and connecting the inboxes to our sending tool took a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailDeck?

Not much yet. I've only used the Google inboxes so far, so I can't speak to the Outlook side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

It let a small team add email as a second outbound channel without risking our domain reputation. Onboarding was quick, someone from their team walked me through the setup on the first day, and I didn't have to hire anyone to manage infrastructure. For what we pay per month, cold email now brings in roughly a third of our new meetings, so the ROI was obvious within the first month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
