Plus its Smart Assistant helps me with my replies and email tasks. It can suggest follow-up reminders, create notes from emails, and offer email templates so I can reuse the same email copy. Plus I am using it on Apple and Gmail. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** It takes time to learn and use all functionalities. The cost can also be a concern for smaller businesses or individuals who need only basic email features. However, once I got used to it, the benefits outweighed these drawbacks. **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailbutler solves several problems by improving e-mail management. The e-mail tracking feature lets me know if my e-mails are read, preventing miscommunication. The Smart Assistant helps with writing replies, creating tasks from emails, and sending reminders. Everything works like a Swiss watch for email tracking. There are more features that I have not even tried yet, like custom signatures. The soft itself is great, but the "biggest secret" of the Mailbutler is their customer service! Any questions or concerns get immediate attention, and customer support never gives up until the issue/question is solved. I'm sold! **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** The Mailbutler (MB) service/soft is attached in my case to the Apple Mail, which sometimes cause small issues, when Apple comes with a major MacOS update. It happened once during last year, when the Mailbutler was not available for a week when they were reshaping the app to make it work with MacOS Sonoma. I use the send later function as well as the e-mail tracking daily. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** Nothing, I have used Mailbulter for several years now and I am completely happy! **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the built-in E-Mail tracking, I can see if a client has received or opened my messages. This way I know if (and when) it is reasonable to send reminders. This makes me more productive! I sometimes click send and just a few seconds later, I realize that I have forgotten some important information. Also, I love to schedule my emails and optimize the best time. I can also add Mailbutler to my Chrome browser with an extension to use with Gmail. **What do you dislike about Mailbutler?** I wish to customize my signature with my first name above my full name. Also, when sending a group email, I wish that I could track to see that each recipient received AND opened the email **What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailbutler lets me confirm that my email has been opened for sure, which is very helpful in knowing when to follow up with my client.
