What do you like best about Mailbird?

1) The clean, simple and modern interface

2) The ability to customise the theme colour, default fonts, etc

3) When I reply to emails, the quick reply feature hides my signature

4) Instant results when using the search function

5) Pop-up notification on my desktop when I receive new emails

6) During my first use, the software was able to import all of my previous emails within just a few minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailbird?

The third-party apps integration can be slow and buggy at times, that I sometimes have to turn off this feature entirely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailbird solving and how is that benefiting you?

My previous mail client was too cluttered, with an outdated interface. The search feature was also slow, and the results were not thorough/accurate. Mailbird solved all of these with its one-of-a-kind interface that is easy and relaxing to the eye, and the search results were instant, thorough and accurate.
