I cannot overstate the quality of maia for being picked up by new users. Between the UI and the integration with the ai, along with the low code pipelines and the simple layout of integration connectors, it makes the process of onboarding new members of the team really fast. In our team we have had a complete novice apprentice and somebody who has pivoted from doing data analysis but never done any engineering before. Maia (the ai part) could be expanded to make it really powerful by using information already within the platform such as execution times etc to enable real world optimisation of the pipelines based on lowering the run times which ultimately is what drives the cost.
