What do you like best about Mahalo?

I appreciate Mahalo's intuitive, user-friendly interface, which makes onboarding new study staff straightforward and efficient. The real-time dashboard updates are particularly valuable, allowing us to monitor recruitment and survey completion. The customizable case report forms are another highlight, we were able to tailor data fields to each study, ensuring cleaner and more relevant data collection. What do you dislike about Mahalo?

There have been a few instances we needed a feature such as automated data exports or more granular permission settings, that wasn't fully implemented at the time. What problems is Mahalo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using Mahalo, our team relied heavily on a patchwork of tools such as spreadsheets, email, and manual follow up to collect questionnaires and track participant status. This was not only time consuming and labour intensive, but was also prone to errors and delays. Mahalo solved this by providing a centralised platform for data collection, communication, and monitoring. Now, we use Mahalo to distribute surveys and generates progress reports in real time. This has significantly reduced our administrative workload and improved data quality. With Mahalo, we've been able to streamline operations and enhance compliance.
