What do you like best about Magstar Total Retail?

Real time reporting, Receiving inventory process, quick buttons, easy to use, customer screen, biometric fingerprint identification. Very detailed reporting, we like the skip button, inter location transfers, all store access without logging out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magstar Total Retail?

Not being connected to the GL account with our company, freezing of the point of sale screens and in the back end freezes at certain points when skip button is used. balancing issues, and float discrepancies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Magstar Total Retail:

Go through everything before you sign. There were many things in the initial meetings available which inticed us but then found out there were additional cost to almost everything that we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
