What do you like best about Magnoli?

The customer service, time approvals, and the marketing tools. Super easy to reach out to the team and and ask them a quick question, or have my staff ask them a quick question about a garment or a detailing issue.

I wasn't sure at first how good the marketing suite was going to be because it's all included, but after using it, my sales have increased, and I don't have to spend so much money on hiring my marketing team. I can really easily find my customers that are spending the most money with me and send them a quick text to get them in my shop.

Super easy time clock, also in Spanish, which helps my team because most of my pressers don't speak English. Also, the driver app is really easy to use because my brother comes and helps every weekend, so I don't need to spend another station for him because they only charge by location, not by station.

They don't have a lot of fancy integrations, but I'm always able to export a CSV or another file to help me use my HR app.

Super fast performance. It seems like they update every week, which is something I've never experienced before. They also have a suite AI tool that lets me look for lost garments or just ask random questions. Really surprised this doesn't have more reviews!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnoli?

Sometimes I don't like how small the buttons are when I'm detailing. I'd really like a real-time tracker for all of my vans to see them live on a map. They told me they were working on it, so I bet when I come back to this review, it will be done already....

I'd also really like a scanner that goes on the back of my driver's phones. So that way I can easily scan the heat seals when my drivers drop it off. Magnoli, if you're looking at this, I'd really love this feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magnoli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wow..

I was on paper tags. I had just started heat sealing, and I was on SPOT I didn't know how much better it could be.

Simply, they help me stop paying too much for my software and reduce my cost so that way I could buy another store. Also, the marketing is so helpful for increasing my sales. It sucked in the other apps that I needed to pay extra just to send out marketing messages to my customers.

Also, now that I have my entire production staff scanning every piece as they press it, I can keep track of how everyone's doing speed-wise, but also let's me find garments that need my approval. Also helps keep track of people who are milking the clock on me, and I ended up saving quite a bit in payroll this year.

If I had to guess, switching to Magnolia saved me about $10,000 this year in software costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
