What do you like best about Magna5?

A shaded generality is thrown around the IT community when it comes to MSP's - and Magna 5 breaks that stereotype with aplomb. Solid and reliable account manager, impressive tier 3 systems support, and a tier 1 unit that I honestly have no inhibition to send my staff to for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magna5 solving and how is that benefiting you?
