Describe the project or task Magna5 helped with:

When I first came to Magna5, I was using a vendor that didn't know how to service my company. It was so frustrating and probably the most stressful time for me in my business. Justin and DaShawn stepped in and took over my account. I would be shaking when I opened my door in the morning to my office worried about the IT situation. It is the only part of my business I don't know how to fix. DaShawn and his team fixed all my issues and gave me confidence in my technology. My business is financial and I rely heavily on my technology. It has to work and we can't afford to be down. They walk me through my systems and are my partners as the business and our needs have grown. We are very dependent on our technology so we need to have immediate response when we have any issues. They step in and handle things when they aren't running as they should. Most of the time it is software or internet issues - they are there for us 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Magna5?

I don't worry about my technology - I am so confident it will run smoothly and if something breaks they will fix it. We work with difficult software and they take care of our issues. They fix our issues and assist in giving us suggestions on new technology to make us most efficient and secure. What do you dislike about Magna5?

Sometimes it may take some time to get someone from the help desk to answer. This was especially difficult during COVID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magna5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have outstanding, current technology that I don't need to worry about - that is the best benefit a business owner can have. We do outsourced bookkeeping and our clients rely on us to manage their back office. That is what we do with Magna5 for our technology. I don't have to worry about servers, licenses, or security. I am confident my staff will have what they need to do their jobs to service our clients because it is in their hands. I don't shake or have anxiety over my IT anymore.
