The ease of doing business with them at a fair price. Their team members are very knowledgeable and professional at every level. When they make mistakes they take full accountability and correct the issue and put controls in place to ensure it is not repeated. They are a true trusted partner. Recommendations to others considering Magna5: When comparing to other MSP's make sure you are comparing the full solution. I found that there were hidden costs in lower quotes for services. What problems is Magna5 solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a very limited size IT team. Magna5 gives us the benefit of a large team with out the high costs. They provide excellent help desk support and have really impressed our end users with their knowledge and responsiveness. Leveraging their people people gives us the ability to scale without extra cost and administrative overhead.
