What do you like best about Magna5?

In general the service that they provide is outstanding. Because of their integrity we are very comfortable trusting them with managing our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magna5?

Sometimes they are difficult to communicate with by phone, but the web portal is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Magna5:

Most of this server and network environment stuff that we are using is beyond our ability. Having a partner you could trust to manage that for us has proven to be very beneficial. Knowing that they are there and "have our backs" makes me comfortable. Because I know that if I break something or have a problem then can fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magna5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We just upgraded all the servers, we still have one more to do. We have also switched to Office365 and are in the process of turning on MFA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
