What problems is Magna5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently switched to Magna5 from another MSP, and we haven't regret it for one second. We were constantly having issues with our previous provider being able to answer basic questions. Solving issues turned into days instead of minutes it's hours. Magna5 surpassed them in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
