What do you like best about Magisto?

Really intuitive to use. I like that I can trim videos and easily move elements around. Also, like that I can have a Vimeo account and access to a lot of stock photos & videos. I had been using Animoto years ago but it had gotten a little beyond my budget for what I was using it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magisto?

I signed up a few weeks before they switched to the "new" editor. The templates I like were removed and the templates remaining are not business-friendly (unless you are artsy, kid-focused, etc.). The only template I use now is the PLAIN one. Also, some of the templates introduced fuzziness or other affects that take aware from a professional look. There was also a voice-over feature that is no longer available. Very disappointed that disappeared. Because of this I am re-evaluating Animoto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magisto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickly creating videos for demo, explanation, introduction, etc. Because of the features eliminated from the first version of the "new" editor. I am less excited about it. Because of this I am re-evaluating Animoto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
