What do you like best about MagicCRM?

It covers all major CRM areas. Right from Marketing to Pre-sales, and document management, everything is covered. With this tool, I gained complete control of clients and opportunities. This tool is designed to help agencies and SMEs. I believe, we can't find a better tool than MagicCRM. It is also very easy to integrate it with many software. The best thing about MagicCRM is, complete marketing automation integration can be done in one place. Even though it has many features, the price is inexpensive, which is really great. It is the best tool for enterprises, startups, SMEs, agencies, and from a small business to a large-scale firm, it is good for every business. What do you dislike about MagicCRM?
