What do you like best about MagicBooking?

What I like best about MagicBooking is how well it supports the practical day-to-day running of an afterschool and holiday club. The system is very feature-rich and, once you become familiar with it, it really helps streamline admin tasks such as bookings and organisation.

I also really value how knowledgeable the team are, particularly around Ofsted requirements, which gives us added confidence that we are working in line with best practice. On top of that, they are extremely responsive and supportive whenever we need help, and they genuinely listen to user feedback and use it to improve the system.

What do you dislike about MagicBooking?

There is a lot within the system, so it can take a little time to get fully familiar with all of the features when you first start using it. Once you are used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MagicBooking helps solve several key challenges involved in running an afterschool and holiday club, particularly around managing bookings, administration, and compliance.

It streamlines what used to be very time-consuming administrative tasks, such as handling bookings, registers, and parent communication, which significantly reduces manual workload and the risk of errors. This means our team can spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on the children and the day-to-day running of the club.
