What do you like best about MagicBooking?

Using MagicBooking has really streamlined how we handle sign-ups for our HAF programmes. It’s straightforward for both our team and families, which has made the booking process smoother for parents and improved access to key information. Since adopting it, we’ve noticed a big drop in admin time, and we’re able to cope with large booking volumes far more efficiently, ultimately helping us reach more people in the area. What do you dislike about MagicBooking?

Getting started did take some effort, especially when moving over from our previous system. A few of the tools and settings weren’t immediately intuitive, so there was a short adjustment period. However, once everyone got used to how it works, day-to-day use became much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MagicBooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
