What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?

I like best Magentrix’s flexible, needs-based approach. Using the platform for a year, they’ve customized and developed the portal to our vision and framework. Magentrix keeps improving with new features and by polishing the core platform. Their customer support is also A. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?

Magentrix's biggest weakness might be it's biggest strength. Because the portal is so very versatile, not all features are used by us and the admin view can feel cluttered. Not to shame it though - I love having the options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Magentrix is our main way of communicating with our partners. With a lot of information to keep available, and many user groups to divide this between, the portal is wonderful. Intuitive document foldering, good-looking pages to serve the documents with, article based newsletter module, roles and groups for user management - all of this compiled results in positive feedback from our recipients.
