It is a module right in the instance, and able to configure it without much assistance from the vendor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MaestroRS for ServiceNow?
The main interface is a separate web page but not really used since most configuration is easier to access right through the module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
