What’s great about MaestroQA is that it stops treating quality reviews like a simple "pass/fail" test and turns them into a way to actually coach people. Instead of just grading agents, it uses real data to help them improve.

It’s a robust engine, but you have to be willing to put in the work upfront to get it running smoothly. If you want something simple and pretty right out of the box, this might feel a bit heavy.

The QA tool was helpful and being able to set up workflows using certain event criteria but the rebranding to Rippit was a major let down. The UI for dashboards was great.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

The rebrand of MaestroQA to Rippit shifted the focus away from a QA brand so we won't be renewing our contract.

We were doing QA on a random sampling of tickets but MaestroQA allowed us to perform targeted QAs.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

I find MaestroQA to be an excellent tool for mobile app automation because it supports both Android and iOS platforms seamlessly. It significantly simplifies mobile test automation, helping my team deliver faster results. One thing I really appreciate about MaestroQA is its speed; both in test execution and in writing test cases, creating tests is much faster compared to traditional automation tools and requires minimal boilerplate code. MaestroQA is very easy to learn, even for beginners, and its YAML-based syntax is simple, readable, and intuitive, reducing the learning curve and enabling quick onboarding for new team members. The simplicity and speed are what I like most about MaestroQA—tests are easy to write and quick to execute. Additionally, the readable YAML syntax, live debugging, and stable execution work especially well. The YAML syntax makes test cases very easy to read and write, so even non-technical team members can understand them. Stable execution reduces flaky tests, giving us more reliable results. The initial setup and learning process were very fast, and even from the first hours, my team was able to start writing test cases using MaestroQA.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I think one area for improvement in MaestroQA is the soft assertion support. Having more flexible and built-in soft asserts would help validate multiple conditions in a single flow without stopping execution. Also, the execution limit for YAML files should not be restricted to a fixed 1000 characters.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaestroQA speeds up mobile test automation, solving slow test creation and flaky tests. It's easy to learn, with YAML syntax improving readability for non-tech team members. I love its simplicity and quick execution.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

MaestroQA is a tool for grading tickets; its user interface, which uses few colours, makes it particularly appealing to use. I've been using MaestroQA for the past 2.5 years; first as an agent, monitoring my quality scores, and now as a Quality Analyst, doing all of the grading. It comes with several features that make grading a simple process.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

The only thing I dislike is that we cannot download our grading progress in CSV/PDF format.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using MaestroQA for the past 2.5 years, and it's an excellent tool for performing audits as well as grading. It's simple to use, with simple features. The grading process is also extremely straightforward and it even shows how long it takes us to finish a grade. Grading on MaestroQA does not require any training because the user can discover about all of the available features just by exploring the platform.

The best thing about MaestroQA is its interface, which has a basic colour combination of blue, black and white, making it highly appealing to the eye. The graphs that show the performance of the QA scores make it a great tool for analysing the agent's performance.

I don't think that MaestroQA lacks any features; in fact, I believe it's an ideal tool for Quality Analysts.

I've used MaestroQA as an agent for the past two years , and it shows a graph of my performance throughout different timeframes, helping me to further improve my performance. I've also been in touch with my Graders, who help me schedule my coaching sessions and walk me through the correct procedures.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

Where to even begin.... 

Coming from a previous vendor whose tool is very user-friendly BUT limited in a number of ways, MaestroQA completely flips the script! The agent experience is as thorough and detailed as your QA team wants it to be. The performance dashboards can be customized to almost ANY use case and tailored to your needs. Additionally, you can make them accessible to groups/teams or individual users as necessary. The options for drilling down into metrics and KPIs is unlike anything I have ever come across and, in some ways, outdoes the experience you would have with a Looker or Tableau UI. Metrics/Data is Maestro's bread and butter, so if you are QA/CS Team with an more detail-oriented focus on what is going on in your support teams OR want to push them to grow, THIS is your tool!

The scorecard (rubric) creation process and user experience when grading is very logical and fantastic upon go-live! And the Coaching Platform is their second greatest strength. Multiple ways to track sessions, as well as coaching items and to-do's make for a truly actionable and powerful experience!

Finally, and I cannot understand this, you will not find another vendor with a dedicated customer support like MaestroQA. The amount of support we have received throughout our implementation and even DEMO phase (pre-contract) is ABSURD - and I mean that in the best way possible. Their livechat support is unrivaled - you can almost always count on a response to your questions within minutes, and if you are struggling to produce a certain metric on your own, their CSMs will provide you with steb-by-step solutions.

In conclusion: it may not be the easiest tool to get set up... but when it IS set up, it is a mind-blowing experience.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Two things, which I would say are just the nature of the beast, but it has to be said: 

1. The implementation process - while HIGHLY curated by your impl. manager - is lengthy and quite labor-intense. What I recommend here is to really take things step by step/ ie. DO NOT go off creating too many metrics/reports on your own prior to learning the proper steps first - this will ultimately save you time, because there are A LOT of things to consider when handling each step. Which leads me to..:

2. In MaestroQA, many of their features are interwoven with oneanother. Example: If you create a scorecard/rubric and do some grading, you cannot easily delete it because it will likely be linked to certain dashboards and/or automations - one first has to remove it from other existing features prior to being able to delete it. So, again: you have to be methodical about how you test and use certain features, as using and then DELETING them will result in having to rebuild a lot of other metrics, etc.. created in parallel. 

Neither of these should, however, keep you from using the platform! It just takes some time to get used to and at least a BIT of technical savvy.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

We were looking for a QA Platform that matches the complexity of our B2B SaaS environment, with a goal of facilitating coaching conversations that up-level our Agents. Maestro has been a great partner for these reasons and more:

• Seamless integration with Zendesk, including rules to include/exclude certain tickets based on Zendesk attributes
• Ability to manage multiple rubrics/create new ones that are robust enough to match our scoring criteria
• Calibration tool allows managers/peer scorers to stay aligned
• Implementation was organized into logical steps and we felt very supported, meaning we hit TTV on our desired timeline

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Some of the admin settings aren't intuitive to locate, or require some extra steps/clicks. Ongoing administration is quite lightweight overall, so this is not the end of the world.

We would also love a Gong integration to ingest and score call recordings within Maestro, so both tickets and calls can be scored in a single platform and with shared rubrics.

I really enjoyed the user friendly interface of Maestro. It was incredibly easy to navigate and I enjoyed the different features available including, but not limited to, the ability to view peer feedback, the ability to complete tasks assigned to you for missed opportunities, a place to send questions/inquiries about graded tickets to gain a better understanding of the scoring process and why those scores were chosen, and the ability to easily navigate previous quality scores.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I would have loved to have seen more opportunity to download or save our scores or progress over time. I also probably would have loved to have seen an opportunity to "markup" tickets and tag stakeholders to be able to view specific sections or areas of the tickets we are reviewing. It appeared that there was an ability to do this on the side of the scoring agent, but not on the side of the agent receiving a score.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maestro was helping us to ensure each customer is receiving the same quality standard in each interaction. We follow a rubric that was designed to meet the quality expectations of the company and Maestro is ensuring that all associates have a tool where they can better understand how to improve the quality of their interactions moving forward. It also inadvertently helped to connect us with QA stakeholders and discuss pain points within the SOP we currently have so we can continue to improve our overall quality as a company moving forward.

MaestroQA is easy to handle, intuitive and provides a lot of insights and reporting options.

Also, with a bunch of customizing options, you can build your scorecards and reports according to the needs of your customer support team.

The graphs and colouring in the reporting tab are not visually appealing (due to the thickness of the lines and the small size description of the numbers). 

Which makes it unattractive to share the results from the reporting tab in a meeting (via screensharing).

The AI classifier can help you to get vital information about the specific case, but also a bunch of cases at the same time, without having checked the case yet. 

For example: We wanted to highlight the usage of specific terms during the case handling. With the AI classifier, MaestroQA checks the interaction within the CRM automatically and highlights automatically, if one of these defined words was used or not. This helps to provide very specific and topic-related feedback to your team.

Most softwares take a step back after implementation, but with MaestroQA, it was the same level of attention and detail that we received during Sales Process/Implementation.

The user interface is really convenient and powerful at the same time, I can easily navigate through data in very little time. It is time saving and vast search options give me an open platform to manoeuvre through data. It collects data as if there is any powercut or any internet flactuation I can resume my work where I left it off.

This tool never disappoints but if something that needs attention is sometimes we need data which is more than 3 months older and we have limitiation to search or find data within 3 months of time span.

Anytime I have had to contact customer support, it has been a pleasant experience!

Reporting: I wish it were a bit more intuitive for the average user.  You can find what you are looking for, but it takes some time to figure out the filters.  I wish it had a better ability to discover trends, whether that be with reporting or AI.

MQA is full of resources to support both the agent, graders and managers alike. I enjoy working out of the assignments page, and have visibility into the rest of my team's progress for the month. Easy coaching tools and highlighting to indicate areas of concern and achievements made!

MaestroQA userface is not customizable as far as font, color, or ability to take notes or save important tickets in a  "personal grader queue" or "journal" for example. Please continue building on the tools and resources available.
