What do you like best about Madgicx?

Having all of my client's data in one place that is easy to access and nice to look at! The MCPs are a great newer addition so that I can plug the data into AI. The chat support is always helpful and it helps us get the best performance for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Madgicx?

It can have quite a long load time on the one click reports specifically. There are issues with us having to reauthenticate our connections regularly but support do help with this. On the one click report side, it would be great if you didn't have to move the individual boxes and if you could side new graphs in easily instead of them all going to the bottom. What problems is Madgicx solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue of not being able to see client data in all place as we previously could not do this. This helps us save a lot of time. Also, we cannot watch over all of our campaigns at once so it is good to have madgicx as an all seeing eye so that we do not miss anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
