What do you dislike about Lytics?

Limited unification support. Works only at Account level and not at Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers visit multiple Akamai sites at different times and end up with fragmented information. Without Lytics, it would be difficult to connect the dots across those visits.

Lytics helps us gain insights into customer behavior and the events customers performed in previous sessions, which in turn helps us provide personalized web content. We also use it to target customers for upselling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
