What I like best about Lyssna is how fast I can go from a Figma prototype to a decision a client trusts.
The test builder is clean and quick to learn, so I can set up first-click tests, tree tests, preference tests, and design surveys without friction, and the results views are readable enough to drop into a client readout.
Panel demographic filters let me match the target customer without a separate recruiting step, so a test is often live the same afternoon and two cohorts of 10 to 15 finish within one sprint.
Performance holds up when I'm juggling several client projects at once. Responses come in quickly, prototype tests load reliably for participants, and I've run multiple tests in parallel without slowdowns or lost data.
The AI summaries on each question are a big help. They surface quick patterns and themes in open-ended responses, so I know what to dig into before I read every comment.
The ROI is easy to justify: the cost per test is small next to the hours it saves on recruiting and analysis, so I can test on nearly every client project.
Onboarding was painless and the help docs answered most questions without a support ticket.
The Claude connection was an unexpected win. I pull results into my synthesis workflow and get from raw data to findings much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The live website testing interface is the weakest part of Lyssna. Recordings are harder to parse than in other tools. I can't clip moments or quotes while I watch, so synthesis means scrubbing through full sessions. Other platforms use AI to flag friction, frustration, and delight as soon as recordings arrive, with red and green markers on the timeline. That lets me see which participants struggled most and jump straight to those moments before I even press play. Adding clipping and AI-flagged highlights would make live website testing much faster to synthesize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Lexi,
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! It's great to hear you can go from a Figma prototype to a decision your clients trust, often within a single sprint, that's exactly what we're here to help with. We're also glad the AI summaries and our MCP connection with Claude are speeding up your synthesis.
Your feedback on live website testing is really helpful. Being able to clip moments and quotes, and having AI highlight friction and delight in recordings, would make synthesis much faster. We've shared both ideas with our product team.
Thanks again for testing with us on so many client projects.
