Not too much. Overall we're very happy. But if I could change one thing, it would be a little more options in the questionnaire (for example: 7-points Likert scales PLUS the option to say "don't know", to make it more objective). And the workflow between Lyssna and Excel is cumbersome. I would love to be able to get better graphs in Lyssna, when analyzing the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have actually just added an option for survey questions to add a 'none of the above' option to single or multi choice questions. Let us know how you get on with it!
