What do you like best about Lyncs Contract Data Management?

How easy it is to navigate for both me and the customers I serve. I use waitwhile and it has helped make contacting customers a lot easier. I like that I can contact cx and find their visit history Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyncs Contract Data Management?

The least thing i like about it is the glitches that sometimes occur. Sometimes it is hard to put my customer in my cue so i cannot get the accurate serving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lyncs Contract Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using waitwhile for customers to be able to wait in the store or in their car while waiting for their appointment. This helps with customer satisfaction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
