Initial cost was my main concern. I was also told on the phone that I could downgrade at any point, but when I called back later, I was told that wasn’t an option. The agent re-listened to my original phone call and agreed that this was what I had been told. Thankfully, I was ultimately able to downgrade to a cheaper option.
