What do you like best about Luxury Presence?

I love that the information is pulled directly from the MLS, which saves a ton of time in our process when we’re uploading a new listing. Our CSM, Nicole, has gone above and beyond by providing support, and anytime I’ve reached out for help with website design, the support team has responded quickly. Overall, my personal favorite feature has been the locally generated AI blogs. They’re well written and have brought a lot of traffic to our team’s website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?

The only thing I’ve noticed so far that I’m not a fan of is the presentations feature. Since it offers a way to turn things into a CMA of sorts, I wanted to create a presentation for a listing for my boss. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to use, and it’s much easier to use Lone Wolf CMA on HAR to generate a PDF. If it could do something more like that, I would definitely use the presentations, because I really like the design aspect and the overall simplicity. Oh, and for some reason, one of our old agent's listings keep showing up on our website and we can't figure out how to get him off even though we removed him from our website so that has been confusing. What problems is Luxury Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?

The website was more at the front of mind beforehand as we had to remember each week to update it or add listings. With Luxury Presence we are able to keep doing what we need to do and know that everything is being pulled and updated.
