What do you like best about LuxSci?

I have been using LuxSci for my business for the last 10 years now. Luxsci has been a great partner and provided excellent service to us. After 10 years I experienced my first outage ever, and it was completely my fault for messing up some settings. I submitted an emergency ticket after hours; within 30 minutes I had a tech on the phone with me troubleshooting and we got it back up in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LuxSci?

My business uses Outlook mail client; however, if you were to use the web client that LuxSci offers it is not very aesthetically pleasing or modern. The cost is affordable given the quality of service and features; however, it is relatively expensive compared to using whatever email service comes with your basic web hosting. What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not mentioned is the anonymized IP service which is really beneficial to our business as the Dynamic IPs the ISP kept giving us were all blacklisted causing high rates of emails to be blocked by spam filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
