I have been using LuxSci for my business for the last 10 years now. Luxsci has been a great partner and provided excellent service to us. After 10 years I experienced my first outage ever, and it was completely my fault for messing up some settings. My business uses Outlook mail client; however, if you were to use the web client that LuxSci offers it is not very aesthetically pleasing or modern. The cost is affordable given the quality of service and features; however, it is relatively expensive compared to using whatever email service comes with your basic web hosting.
