Many of the features we are accustomed to are or were not available initially. **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are moving so that our emails are HIPAA compliant. Through all this time I have learned a lot with their policies and guides. Whenever I had an occasional need for support, they were always fast and to the point in their response. The reliability, effectively zero downtime, performance, and extraordinary support for all of my web and email needs places Luxsci in a class all its own. While I run a small business, I know that the the sophistication and products that Luxsci provides me makes it like I have a fortune 500 IT department behind me. From the desktop to the mobile device to the incredible configurability of the Luxsci's services to increase my effienciency is unrivaled. I have not found even one provider that I can say even comes close to Luxsci in product, support, performance, and reliability. And did I mention the reliability?! In 20 years I can only recall a few minutes of downtime and some of those were because of things that I squirreled up with DNS entries and the like. Of course Luxsci, and its nearly instantaneous support crew have got me back up and running whenever I've caused a mess. There simply is no comparison to anything else. For example the largest provider that advertises on TV that references a parent in its name, is only 1/10 as sophisticated as Luxsci. I cannot recommend Lusci more highly. Game, Set, Match to Luxsic. By the way, I am not related in any way to the company. I'm only a truly satisfied customer. Everything has been awesome! **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had HIPAA compliant email hosting with another company and have changed to LexSci due to emails not being received by people I am emailing and not receiving all of my emails. After my sales call with LuxSci, the second interview included Phil one of their technical support guru's. Phil talked me through specifics about how their HIPAA email services worked and assured me I would not have the same issues with their service. His answers to my questions reassured me and was the reason why I moved forward with LuxSci. Now I am going through the process of switching everything over. Phil called me this morning and went through the process with me, which was a little more complex than we had originally thought. He did everything on his end to make it an easier process and saved me tons of time and headaches. He will be following through and make sure I don't lose any email as this transition occurs. He is walking me through it step by step. He spent over 30 minutes with me initially on the phone and then through a Zoom meeting. I have never had an email or any other type of hosting service company do this. Fantastic customer service!!! Well worth the investment. Btw. While LuxSci is a little more expensive than what I was paying, it is well worth it. The security they offer for email is outstanding, with encryption being integrated into everything. It is easy, no complex processes that I have to follow. WOW is all I can say!!! ### 5. The fact that it stores all of my email info in numerous folders makes it incredibly useful. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** The SPAM filter controls could be a lot better. That I have to wade through a daily report of blocked email to find the email I'm after to have released under the 'Always Allow' option, is a pain. Often I have to wait for two or three reports to be sent to me to find the one where the blocked email I'm after is located. To have to log into the webmail interface to manually add an address to the Allow List is also a pain. It would be better for there to be direct integration with my Apple Mail client so that when I choose to move a message out of my SPAM / Junk Mail folder, the sending address is automatically added to the allow list on Luxsci. **Recommendations to others considering LuxSci:** I never hesitate to recommend Luxsci to anyone that I work with or come into contact with. They are the best email service I have ever used. All they need to do to make it even better, is to make their spam controls a lot easier to use and manage... And find a way for those controls to be integrated with the Apple mail client. **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reliable and secure access to my email worldwide from any device 24/7 is why I continue to use Luxsci. ### 7. For reasons beyond my control and beyond LuxSci control, recently I had to make a change in email related services. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** There are no downsides to the LuxSci services. In time, they might want to expand operations to include a secure backup service and/or a secure cloud service for data on the computer's hard drive. LuxSci has consistently provided me with the best customer service from any ESP I've ever dealt with. I've interacted with more than a few support people in the past, but LuxSci takes the cake overall. They're not going to indulge your every whim, but they will solve any problem and answer any question you may have, no matter how technically complex, and if they say "we'll get back to you with an answer later" they do. Every time. Moreover, LuxSci is exceedingly willing to listen to suggestions for improvements to their services, and I have personally had almost a handful of suggestions for their webmail interface be implemented in a matter of weeks. If you can think of a specific feature you'd like to see implemented, suggest it to support. If accepted as a feature that will benefit all customers, the chances are good that you'll see it implemented shortly. The services they offer are all rock-solid, and whenever a server needs an update or something crops up that requires urgent attention, LuxSci will be sure to let you know in advance, if possible. All in all a very professional company to do business with. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** The web interface could use an update to match the best-in-class web interfaces today, but it's certainly functional and loaded with advanced features which makes up for its less than pretty appearance.
