"Luxsci web security has been a terrific platform w/ support"

5/5

What do you like best about LuxSci?

We like knowing that our website is secure and protects the privacy of our stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LuxSci?

Web security can be daunting; sometimes reviewing firewall policies, etc. isn't immediately clear but thankfully, Luxsci has a terrific support team when we need to reach out for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Luxsci web security platform has a proactive firewall built-in. From time to time, we have needed to review the rules and logs. A lot of unwanted (often international or spam) traffic is automatically blocked. A few times, valid IPs have also been blacklisted, and the steps to whitelist when that happens are quick and straightforward to implement when the need arises.
