What do you like best about LuxSci?

LuxSci is flexible and customizable, both from a technical/scale perspective and an account configuration/experience perspective. Despite complex requirements in our business, there has been a solution at every turn and an incredible support team at LuxSci to guide us to the best solution. LuxSci has consistently gone above and beyond to help us make informed, data-driven decisions that keep us secure and deliver the best outcomes for us and our customers. What do you dislike about LuxSci?

From a design / user experience standpoint, aspects of the LuxSci solution, including the administrative portal and the secure email portal, appear outdated. I would also like to see more modern capabilities around exporting reporting and data, such as custom webhooks to retrieve email statistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scale - being able to send millions of emails per month & grow our business without running into rate limits.

Security - accommodating high volumes of emails without compromising on security requirements or needing to force limitations in our product / processes.
