I use LuxSci for secure and compliant HIPAA web forms, and I really appreciate the form coding flexibility and results emailing using TLS encryption, which doesn't interfere with workflow. The interface and signature lines are dated. More so the signature line field for forms, that could be modernized a good deal. The signature line produces a jagged 1px line that makes all signatures look pretty bad. I would argue that they have to validity in confirming signatures. Other solutions provide a more natural aesthetic that somehow presents as truer to an actual ink signature, or they produce a proper e-signature, like Docusign.
