What do you like best about Luxent?

Business orientation - they work to understand the unique needs and business processes of our clients and they understand that every project has a beginning and an end. What do you dislike about Luxent?

After working with Luxent on at least a half-dozen projects (or more), we haven’t run into any issues that would prevent us from working with them again. They don’t pretend to have all the answers like some other system integration firms, but I actually see that as a positive rather than a negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Luxent:

Talk to Luxent before you consider going direct to Oracle NetSuite. You will get more personalized service, more experienced consultants, and better results. System implementation projects have a tendency to take longer than expected at the cost that exceeds the original budget. When we are involved in assisting with the management of these key critical projects we find that Luxent is focused on implementing the solution while staying within the project timeline and budget. When changes occur, the options are discussed - for the purpose of getting client buy-in. As project managers we like that focus and approach. Also, if you are looking for a relationship with your systems integration partner Luxent is a wonderful choice. From our experience, business relationships matter to Luxent. What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an independent management consulting firm. We represent the best interests of our clients and we do not sell software. We have had the opportunity to manage client projects where the decision was to implement NetSuite as either a new or replacement ERP. On several occasions we selected Luxent to assist with the implementation and have never been disappointed. Luxent has both functional and technical consultants that can address the unique needs of our clients while keeping a focus on the overall project budget so that there are no surprises. The Sales team from the top of the organization to business development has always been flexible to our suggestions as it related to contract negotiations and working with our clients so that a project is a "win-win" for everyone.
