What do you like best about LutherOne?

Although the whole platform is already very user-friendly, the team at Luther One is still working to make it more and more accessible and welcoming.. People in the company are always trying to find the solution, they are asking about the feedback and the are constantly working on the progress of the product. What do you dislike about LutherOne?

It helps companies to make performance management more funny, friendly and improve their business instead of turning performance management into a necessary bureaucratic routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LutherOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us set and evaluate annual goals, as well as run employee surveys and custom feedback. In principle, it helps create transparent goals across the company, cascading from the board down to individual employees, thereby strengthening each person’s sense of added value to the company’s overall performance.
