What do you like best about LupaSearch?

What I value most about LupaSearch is its fast and highly accurate search capabilities. Our e-commerce platform contains nearly 4 million products, yet the system helps customers quickly find what they are looking for, significantly improving their shopping experience. We also highly appreciate our collaboration with the LupaSearch team. Whenever we bring a new idea, business requirement, or challenge, the team actively looks for a solution or at least the best path forward. I would also like to highlight the quality of customer support. Response times are very fast, communication is clear and professional, and the team is always helpful and proactive. I would rate the quality of support a solid 10 out of 10. Overall, LupaSearch is not only a powerful search solution but also a trusted partner that helps us improve customer experience and achieve better business results. What do you dislike about LupaSearch?

What problems is LupaSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe this applies to any e-commerce business: the easier it is for customers to find what they are looking for, the more likely they are to make a purchase. With nearly 4 million products in our catalog, helping customers find relevant products quickly is a major challenge.
