I like that Lunio does a great job supporting the community beyond just having a solid product. They genuinely understand the concerns of PPC specialists and support them to be successful, rather than just being another SaaS company. I appreciate that their product works and how they are constantly seeking innovation and feedback. They stay ahead of the curve and align with Paid Specialists, which is valuable.
